Bicknacre resident returns to SEH BAC for impressive extension

A Bicknacre resident was so impressed with the job leading Essex home improvement company SEH BAC did on their property earlier this year that they turned to them again for a new single storey extension. 

Mr Smith turned to SEH BAC, who replaced all the windows and front and back doors in his home at the beginning of 2022 and did a fantastic job. 

So, when he wanted to expand his home at the rear of his property, he knew just who to call. 

The impressive 40m square single storey brick extension in the back garden has a pitched tiled roof and impressive five metre aluminium bifolding door and Mr Smith said: “SEH BAC did a brilliant job on my windows and doors earlier this year, so I know all about the quality of their products and their workmanship and I was never going to turn to anyone else. 

“Their team were very good and helped me create my dream extension and put the ideas I had for it and what I wanted the extension for into practice. We are using the space as a kitchen diner, and it has helped us extend the family home and made it even more comfortable.  

“From start to finish, SEH BAC have done an incredible job, from the design process and helping with any planning permission to the installation team. It was a smooth-running build from start to finish.”  

As director of the Chelmsford Village’s White Elm Garden Centre, Mr Smith was perfectly placed to visit SEH BAC as the company has a state-of-the-art showroom there where Rob was able to discuss his requirements with an expert team.
