Leading Essex home improvement company SEH BAC has increased its green credentials by introducing the most eco-friendly glass window unit on the UK market.
EcoMAX Glass™, an eco-friendly glass unit designed with sustainability at its core, will now be installed as standard wherever possible alongside SEH BAC’s wide range of thermally efficient windows.
It performs on par with typical A and A+ rated windows and is produced from the highest level of recycled materials making it almost 100% biodegradable. EcoMAX will also plant a tree for every unit sold.
It is just the latest in a long line of steps SEH BAC has made over the last two years to not only offer customers the most sustainable products they can but become super sustainable as a company too.
They have reduced the amount of paper at their headquarters, show centres and the sites where they work, while all their depots use the Green recycling company for their waste, so uPVC is recycled with separate glass unit skips.
To help further lower CO2 emissions, they have also replaced cars with electric vehicles and will continue to do so as vehicles in the fleet are replaced, we are also using more renewable energy and replacing the lighting in their offices with more energy efficient lights.
