Smooth Cream Loggia Conservatory for Essex home – Mr Back

When Mr Back paid a visit to SEH BAC’s Mark Tey showroom in the hope of finding a suitable extension for his Essex home, he probably didn’t expect to be greeted with so much choice. One of our newest show centre additions, this site in particular is intended to help customers make light work of finding their perfect conservatory design – a sentiment only further realised when Mr Back made the informed decision to opt for a Loggia conservatory, thanks in part to the help of showroom staff member Gavin Smith.

Following a highly detailed and calculated planning process in the run up to Mr Back’s suggested installation date, the decision was made to incorporate a series of luxury extras into the build that would allow for more versatile use throughout the year. Mr Back had already acquired a taste for the extended home lifestyle thanks to a previous conservatory installed years prior, and this time wanted to take full advantage with his new Loggia conservatory from SEH BAC.

Upon removing the property’s existing conservatory and base with the least amount of disruption possible, the SEH BAC team started work constructing the ambitious extension. Loggias have always had their roots set in extravagance (taking direct inspiration from Italian renaissance architecture), but Mr Back’s conservatory was special, incorporating such elements as Smart self-cleaning glass in the roof, an internally plastered LivinROOM pelmet with LED down lighters, and more. All of which would improve Mr Back’s conservatory experience by removing maintenance hassle and adding light.

Throughout the entire process, Mr Back was left astonished that despite the complexity of the project, SEH BAC remained true experts from start to finish. He said: “When the time came for the floor tiles to be laid, even the workman commented that he had never worked on a screed which had been prepared so well!” It’s this kind of attention to detail which helps separate SEH BAC from rival installers, being a national but personable team of professionals that treats every project as if it’s their own.
