    Getting a new conservatory installed is a big decision. That’s why we make the process as straight forward as possible for you.

    Choose the right conservatory

    Fill out a form online or visit one of our 10 showrooms where one of our team of experts are on hand to help you design your dream conservatory and offer any advice. After we create your design we will visit your property to measure up and provide you with a free no-obligation quote.

    Place your order with us

    Once we’ve confirmed the final conservatory design, including decorative features, paired windows and doors, and roofing options, we’ll confirm and approve your order. Once we have received your order deposit, our administration team will provide your contract to a surveyor.

    Your surveyor assessment

    Our surveyor will contact you to arrange a convenient date to come to your home and review the project and take accurate measurements before we confirm the assessment. If a trial dig is required to determine the footings of your conservatory, we will arrange to carry this out.

    Pre-site check and confirm an installation date

    Our technical department will advise on whether planning permission is required and, if it is, our team will take care of this. Your designated project manager will contact you to arrange a pre-site check to finalise all of the specifics required before agreeing the dates for your installation.

    Our conservatory installers will arrive at the arranged time to begin work and will ensure as minimal disruption as possible. They’ll advise on maintenance tips for your new conservatory, and the functionality of the integrated windows and doors. Once your installation is complete, we will contact you to confirm that the project is finished.
