Planning approvals

Our technical department will advise on whether permitted development, prior approval, or full planning and building regulations are required. If planning approvals are required, our conservatory team will handle the applications and inform you once they have been received. Where planning permissions are sought it typically takes 10 weeks but can be as much as 13 weeks if planning is required with building regulations.

Project manager’s pre-site check

Every project has its own project manager who will always be available to answer any questions throughout.

Once all necessary planning permissions are obtained, your project manager will contact you to arrange a pre-site check to finalise all of the specifics required for the installation. This check helps ensure installation is as efficient as possible. (1-2 days)

The final design specification goes to the factory. Conservatories are always bespoke to precise measurements and to a specification agreed with you. The quality of materials used and the precision fabrication ensure the installation is efficient and the result exactly as you’d expect.
