Our side hinged garage doors are designed to maintain a more comfortable temperature within the garage. Each pair of doors is made from a composite of aluminium panels with a choice of thicknesses of high density CFC free foam insulation.
Around the doors, the sealed frame not only secures the opening but seals in the warmth. You will quickly feel the benefit of thermal insulation in your garage or workshop keeping you and your garage contents at a comfortable working temperature.
Each rib or panel in the door has an infill of insulation between the aluminium outer. Doors are available in 45mm, 60mm, 70mm, or 86mm. The larger sizes include a thermal break that enhances the insulating properties of the door.
If you include an inset, or wicket, access door in the design that will also be sealed around its frame maintaining the heat retaining property of the whole installation.

Powder coated colour finishes can be applied to any of our doors inside and out (including contrast, two colour schemes). We can also colour coated framing to match or contrast with door colours.
