Managing Director
I joined the company in 1987, installing windows and doors for ten years. I was appointed Branch Manager. I then took a 12 year holiday! Returning to lead windows and doors in 2013 and Managing Director in 2019. Enjoy keeping fit & days out with the family.
Sales & Marketing Director
I joined SEHBAC in 2015 as a sales leader, before becoming Sales and Marketing Director in 2019 I previously worked at Anglian Home Improvements for 12 years and Everest Ltd for 14 years, as a Sales Manager. In my spare time I enjoy skiing, cycling, walking, watching sports and spending time with family.
Technical Manager
I joined the company in 1989, starting in the factory, after two years became office based progressing through to technical and IT. I am also an avid photographer.
Operations Manager
I joined the industry in 1997 working in processing, technical and operations, and becoming National Operations Manager in 2014. I recently joined SEHBAC as General Operations Manager. I am a keen musician and recent OCR fanatic who just loves spending time with family and the dog.
Manager
I joined the company in 1987 as an installer then as a service engineer. I was appointed installation manager in 1999. I am a keen golf player and a great supporter of Tottenham FC.
Manager
I joined the Company in 2014, and have over 25 year’s experience in the home improvement industry. I have the following qualifications: HNC building/surveying, NVQ 1, 2 & 3 Plumbing, ACS gas Eng. Registration, NVQ LVL 1 Plastering & Brickwork, Qualified Lead fabricator/welder.
Dispatch Manager
I have been with the company for 20 years, starting on the manufacturing side and now I oversee four depots. I enjoy golf and spending time with my family.
Customer Service Manager
I’ve been in the home improvement industry most of my working life—first as an installer and then NVQ Level 3 Surveyor and Project Manager for 15 years. I joined in 2018 as Customer Services Manager. I love anything with an engine and going really fast.
Customer Service Administrator
I joined the customer service team in April 2021. My spare time is taken up looking after my two sons and my fur babies.
Office Administration Manager
I joined the company 9 years ago. I started in Customer Service, then onto the Windows & Doors Department, Conservatory Department and now Office Manager. In my spare time I like to read, go to the cinema, go on long walks and visit new places.
Sales and Survey Administrator
I joined in 2020, I have grown up with the home improvements industry since I could talk and I am now making my own way in the industry.
Installations Administrator
I joined in 2021 working alongside my Installation Manager to cover the Ipswich area. In my free time I like being out on our boat and spending time with my family and pets.
Conservatory Installations
I joined as an apprentice doing business administration in 2014 and I’m now responsible for all conservatory installation bookings. I enjoy spending time with family, friends and going to the gym.
Planning Administrator
I have been working for the company since 1996. I started in the window and door department before moving over to conservatories where I am responsible for all the planning applications. I have been married for 13 years with two children. Enjoy keeping fit and playing golf.
Purchasing Supervisor
I joined the company in 1998, starting in the factory for three years before moving into the purchasing department. I am into motorbikes and enjoying riding my Kawasaki ZX6R and spending time with my family. I am also a big Chelsea FC fan.
Receptionist / Sales Administrator
I joined SEHBAC on 6th February 2017, after working at Anglian Home Improvements for 6 ½ years, where I was a Sales Administrator / Deputy Showroom Manager. I enjoy weekends away at my static caravan in Great Yarmouth, walking our dog – Oscar a White West highland and going to the Gym.
Accounts Assistant
I joined in 2017, after working at Anglian Home Improvements for six years, where I was a sales administrator and deputy showroom manager. I enjoy weekends away at my static caravan in Great Yarmouth, walking our dog – Oscar a White West highland and going to the Gym.
Accounts Assistant
I joined the accounts department in 2018 where I took on the role as an Accounts Assistant.
